Shipping & Pickup Policy
At XT Patisserie, we handcraft our pastries to order to ensure maximum freshness. Please review our shipping and pickup guidelines below.
1. Shipping Schedule
To maintain the integrity of our products and avoid transit delays over weekends, we follow a specific shipping window:

Orders placed Monday – Wednesday: Shipped the following business day.

Orders placed Thursday – Sunday: Shipped the following Monday.
Note: We do not ship on holidays. If a Monday is a public holiday, your order will ship on Tuesday.
2. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our location.

Process: You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please have your order number ready when you arrive. Please ring the bell for service if the door is closed. Our phone number is 949-722-9001
3. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We recommend selecting an expedited shipping method for highly perishable items to ensure they arrive in peak condition.
4. Shipping Addresses & Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. XT Patisserie is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address entry.

Since our products are perishable, we recommend being present to receive the delivery so items can be refrigerated or enjoyed immediately.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
5. Damages
If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling, please contact us at sales@xtpatisserie.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can assist you.
