Return and Refund Policy

At XT Patisserie, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted pastries and macarons. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@xtpatisserie.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • For local pickup/delivery: Issues must be reported within 2 hours of receipt.

  • For shipped orders: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the product and packaging.

2. Refunds and Credits

If your claim is approved, we will offer a resolution at our discretion, which may include:

  • A replacement of the damaged/incorrect item (subject to availability).

  • A store credit for the value of the item.

  • A partial or full refund to your original payment method.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain situations are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Items left out or stored improperly after delivery/pickup.

  • Minor aesthetic variations (as our products are handmade).

  • Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided.

  • "Change of mind" after the order has been prepared or shipped.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations or modifications to orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or shipment date. Once preparation has begun, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations.
